- Assist the dentist with various procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- Sterilize instruments, and equipment, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Prepare patients for treatments by taking X-rays, recording vital signs.
- Educate patients and answer their questions with sensitivity and clarity.
- Be cross-trained and gracefully attend to areas where assistance is most needed
- Work collaboratively with the dentist, hygienists, and other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
- Possesses a valid TN license to practice as a Registered Dental Assistant with certification in Dental Radiology.
- Additional certifications (such as coronal polishing, etc.) are a plus.
- Has at least 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrates strong clinical skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Is organized, efficient, and adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
